Review by hotel critic
Nestled in the heart of Masai Mara, Mara Serena offers a serene retreat complemented by stunning vistas. My stay allowed for much-needed relaxation, enhanced by exceptional service. the hotel's communal areas and my room provided captivating views of the expansive savannah, which truly elevated my experience. A highlight was the spa, featuring dedicated treatment rooms where I indulged in a rejuvenating body wrap. Following the treatment, the sauna and steam shower were perfect for unwinding, creating an oasis of tranquility. As a wildlife conservationist from Nairobi, I appreciated both the peaceful setting and the chance to connect with nature. The fitness centre is well-equipped, a nice touch for maintaining a routine while enjoying the beauty of the Mara. the staff, from the warm-hearted dining team to the attentive room attendants like Bernard, ensured my experience was comfortable. the culinary offerings at the restaurant were satisfying. I found this property to be a tranquil getaway that invites further exploration of the Mara's wildlife and landscapes. For travelers seeking relaxation and adventure, Mara Serena presents a balanced opportunity.
